Even though I’ve always been slim, it doesn’t mean I do nothing to stay that way. I am a picky eater who watches what goes into my body and I do my best to stay active all year round. According to my favorite chef, the second worst type of fat to consume for weight loss is animal fat (especially beef fat that is very hard to get rid of). Conclusion: cut your steak consumption to stay fit.
Saturated and animal fats also “hide” in many restaurant meals (fried entries, pastries, sauces), so brown bagging your lunch is a good idea to stay in shape.
2. Portion Control is Key (read Appetite Control)
This is probably the hardest and the most effective part of a successful weight loss routine. There are a couple of things you can do:
- Try to eat less but more frequently throughout the day;
